Refund and Returns Policy
At Atyab Fashion, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a wrong product
- The product has manufacturing defects
- The item is damaged upon delivery
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Hijabs
- Borkha that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Discounted items
- Customized or special-size orders
3. Return Process
- Contact us with order details and a photo/video of the issue
- Our team will verify the request
- You may need to send the item back to our address
- After inspection, we will process your return or exchange
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued in:
- Store credit, or
- Exchange with another product
Cash refunds may be allowed only in exceptional cases.
